Developed by the Constructors Association of Western Pennsylvania, a chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, the Futureroadbuilders.com website contains an online virtual career awareness program, a CAWP Skills Arcade and links to information on becoming a highway construction industry apprentice.
Safety Culture:
Safety is embedded throughout several of our workforce development games. For example, our mobile game, Harness Hero: Bridge Edition, engages players in the key decisions of using a fall arrest system. Harness Hero was developed under the guidance of safety professionals from all corners of the construction industry.
