MH Civil Constructors, Inc. (MH) is headquartered in Amarillo, Texas and provides complete construction solutions in areas of excavations, concrete structures, and utilities. Our primary focus is to establish MH as a premier provider of general construction services including roads, small water and wastewater treatment plants, and water, sanitary, and storm pipelines. Today, MH’s team of employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and professionals help deliver projects on time and on schedule.

Company History:

Juan Moreno and Saul Hernandez, P.E. founded MH Civil Constructors, Inc. in 2010 to capitalize on their experiences in the civil phases of the construction industry. Juan purchased a skid loader and concrete forms and Saul put up $10,000 and handled the paperwork and we were in business (well, sort of, less customers, credit with suppliers, lines of credit, and so on). We made up for what we lacked in resources, with determination and drive.

Safety Culture:

MH maintains internal quality control such as daily safety routines (pre-task sheets), pre-pour check lists, and continuing education. Prior to beginning the day’s work, field employees perform stretching exercises and prepare and sign a pre-task sheet. The pre-task sheet cautions workers of potential hazards of the job. It is completed every day and submitted for internal review.

The project is staffed according to the needs and qualifications.
