Company History:
A spinout of Carnegie Mellon, Simcoach Games has been a leader in the gamification of learning since 2005. In that time, CEO and Founder Jessica Trybus has worked with clients such as OSHA, US Steel, the Constructors Association of Western PA (CAWP) and many more who were eager to employ serious games for training and career development. In 2015, in partnership with CAWP, Simcoach Games developed Future Road Builders which has helped hundred of individuals discover careers in construction.
Safety Culture:
Simcoach Games allows players to take an active part in their own learning, making the content more memorable and driving sustainable behavior change. Simcoach is saving lives by allowing players to see and learn from the consequences of their actions in a video game rather than allowing it happens to them in real life, encouraging further exploration and trial and error that other platforms cannot match.
Company Values:
Simcoach’s mission is to connect employers with qualified individuals through mobile video games that allow players to explore careers, learn basic job skills, and develop job readiness skills.
